I still miss Mrs. A. as I Used to call her, very much. I miss our random talks. She was not only a good wife, teacher, and mother and grandmother, but a good friend. Whenever I just needed someone to talk to, she was always there. She may not have always had the right answers, but she was a great listener and that's what count's. I love you Mrs. A. may you continue to fly with the angels above. John.

Marylu was a wonderful person. Kind, thoughtful, and smart. She was a woman who easily spoke her mind, but she had an undying love, and loyalty for all her family and friends. She will be deeply missed.

In the on-line memorial program (Thank You Coralynn and David for putting it together) I learned that Marylu's favorite prayer is The Prayer of Saint Francis. So, I waited until today - October 4 - when the passing of Saint Francis is remembered, to write this note.
The photo was taken in Marylu's classroom at Sacred Heart School some time in the late 1980s. For several years Marylu had me give a social studies lesson about Africa to her upper elementary school students. This...

After watching the virtual celebration of Marylu, a woman who had an infinite supply of life giving love as her daughter Laureen shared, I only wish I had a chance to meet this incredible woman in person. Her legacy lives on through her amazing and talented family.

My dearest friend Laureen was my roommate in college. She has an amazing voice and was always singing show tunes – which I learned was a family tradition. I gained an appreciation for the theater by watching her star in the University plays, and later she introduced me to the theater in New York. It was Marylu who had taught her children a love of theater, and Laureen and Coralynn both excelled at that. I loved to go shopping with Laureen because she has a great fashion sense – again,...

What wonderful memories I have of Marylu and Ray over the last 39 years as a college best friend of Laureen's. Either going to their home (especially one Christmas to see and count Santa's) or seeing them at U of O performances, Coming to some of my shows or the long talk I had with Ray during a surgery in San Fran for Laureen to find out our older siblings attended the same elementary school in Long Beach Ca and they would walk Laureen in her stroller past our home on the way to school... 20...

Dear George, Dear all,
Please receive my sincere condolences.
Marylu was good mother and grandma to Arrigotti's family.
In 1988 I spent five weeks as guest of her and Ray. She took care of me like I am her own child, trying to show me Portland, Oregon and the West Coast as much as she could.
She and Ray visited my family in Stari Grad, Croatia, two times - in 1965 and in 1985. I was too small during her 1st visit, but I remember toy electric speedboat she gave me...
