Mason was born on September 1, 1955 and passed away on Friday, October 7, 2016. Mason was a resident of Gretna, Louisiana at the time of his passing. He was a graduate of Franklin County High School. He was married to Ava. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors officers and members of Holy Trinity Christian Baptist Church and neighboring churches; employees of Common Ground Health Clinic are invited to attend the viewing at Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna LA on Friday October 14 2016 from 6:00p.m. until 8:00p.m.Funeral Services will be held at Holy Trinity Christian Baptist Church 1727 Erie St. New Orleans LA on Saturday October 15 2016 at 11:00a.m.Bishop Patrick Leonard officiating Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time.

My Dearest Ava, Gordon & Family: We are lifting you all up in prayer. We prayed that you would all remain cloaked in the light and joy of the memories you all shared. May you be granted the blessing of the peace that surrounds all understanding.

Mason you were a Joy and blessing to many. I am so glad that you was a part of our life, you will be truly missed.

Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.
