Wichita, Kansas - Massilon "Mike" Nelson, 93, died Jan. 26, 2023 in Kissimmee, FL. He was born in Chanute, Kansas on May 4, 1929.
Survived by daughter Jill (Craig) May; daughter-in-law Connie Nelson; sisters: JoAnne Ashburn and Jeannette Eiden; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Fri., Feb. 3, 2023 at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 W. Highway 54, Wichita; funeral service 10 a.m. Sat., Feb. 4 at Glenn Park Christian Church.
Memorial established with Glenn Park Christian Church, 2757 S. Glenn Avenue, Wichita, Kansas 67217.

He will be missed. A great man. He & your mom loved me unconditionally when my mom died. The Nelson house was my home away from home. God provided. We were blessed with the best parents. What a reunion is going on in heaven with your mom. Love you all. Prayers
