Thank you Fromme family for gifting us such a wonderful friend. Matt had a smile that lit up the room and a laugh that filled your heart with joy. When you were in his presence, the world felt brighter. He loved with his whole heart. I hope you find comfort in knowing that he touched many lives and made a lasting impact in his time here on earth. He will forever be in my heart.

Mat was a great police officer, mentor, and friend. He taught me the basics of how to be a detective, and kept the job fun by never taking it too seriously. Mat left a legacy with him friends, and we frequently tell stories about him and the impact he had on our lives. The world is a better place having had him in it. We miss you Mat.
