Not sure what to say?

This is a great picture of Matt! It was such a pleasure to get to know him as a patient but especially as a person. He had a memorable sense of humor and a special "salty" candor... even when things were difficult. It is a tremendous loss for all of us. May his memory be a blessing!

Lorraine--we send our love and condolences to you and your family on the passing of Matt--a thought that is even hard to comprehend. As parents, we understand to some small extent the pain and anguish you are experiencing but we know that you were able to provide Matt a beautiful life filled with love and good friends and good times.
The Aune Family

Matt was a great guy and someone I always enjoyed being around back in our high school days. Condolences to Matt's family. RIP Matt.

Lorraine and Nicole,
My heart sank when I heard. You are in my thoughts.

Thinking of you Lorraine and all the Collins extended family and friends. Matt was such a nice guy, always with a big smile on his face and the first to make you laugh. He will be missed by many.

But here's one of the things that was so special about Matt. Years could go by and I'd see him at the New Year's Day football party or Bobby's wedding, and we would have long, smiling, friendly conversations that went deeper than the day-to-day details of our lives. Matt's easy-going kindness made it seem like only hours had...

Always genuine and happy and special the times we were with Matt. Some bring great joy in their too short lives. We share the sadness with Lorraine and family. The Bubbs - Ken and Donna, Ken and Dan.
