Not sure what to say?

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.

Matt will be truly missed by his State Farm family!! He was a dedicated employee with whom I was blessed for knowing him! RIP, my friend! My prayers are with his dear family!!

Bass family,
My family is sorry for the loss of your husband, father, brother, uncle, coach and friend. I grew up with Matt all my life we were neighbors. We went to the same high school together. He worked with my father in his youth. Matt was like a brother to my sisters and I. Unfortunately, once I moved out and married I never saw him again. He would come visit my father from time to time I'm happy for that my father loved him and Michael very much.
I'm not surprised...

My heart hurts, Matt and I worked together over the years. He was such a great friend, person and always had a smile on his face. I used to get him fired up talking about Georgia football !
I will miss my friend !!! Prayers for you Jessica a those boys.

I only knew Matt for the past two years. I would see him when he would come to EJCH for his test and procedures. He never met a stranger and everyone at the Hospital adored him. Matt was strong, happy and optimistic about his life as it was, and his future. He only saw the brightest of life each day, and lived it to the fullest. Matt had a sweet sweet smile that warmed my heart and I grew to love him. We would talk about Jessica and his children. I finally met Jessica when she started...

Matt invested in our son when he coached Thomas' football team at Sharon Springs park. He was admired and respected by Thomas and made a lasting impact on his life. He was passionate about football and life in general. He was our daughter, Taylor's biggest Girl Scout cookie orderer but not for himself- he bought them to give out at the office. He was always so generous and uplifting. He had a joyful spirit. He fought a good fight and was stubborn to the end. As he would say he "left it all on...

Jess, Matt was not only a co-worker, but he was a dear friend and brother to many of us that worked with him at State Farm.

Dear, dear Jessica. My heart aches for you and the boys. I know the memories of your love for each other and the boys will get you through today and days to come. Lean on those by your side. So sorry I can't be there in person for the leaning.

God Bless.

Jessica, we are and will be praying for you and your family. We are so deeply sorry for your premature loss of Matt. Hold onto the good memories. Our loving condolences, Carl and Doris Ann Kendall
