Not sure what to say?

Sorry to hear about Ben passing away and just got the news this week (6/20/11). He was a great basketball player and knew him real well since he played with my brother. God Bless Him and his family. Ed. Kuzma

I am sorry to hear about Mr. Belicic's passing, he was a great man with a good heart. May he rest in peace with his beloved wife. Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you. Mr. B will truly be missed.

We were saddened to hear about Mr. Belicic's passing. When we talked with him at the reunion banquet last year, he gave me the impression that he had completed his journey and missed Mrs. Belicic so much. He looked so thin--an unbelievably different image of a man who so strongly directed our lives during our MHS days. I can't think of anyone who earned his way into heaven as diligently as he did--he exhibited for us younger people how marital vows mean standing by your mate "in good times...

From day #1 when I was born on January 19th, 1976 my grandparents drove thru a bad snowstorm to Wilmington, Delaware just to see me because it was worth risking their lives to see their first grandchild on the day he was born. And my grandparents always were there for me, and NEVER failed me. Those 2 people were the greatest set of people anyone could ever have had as grandparents, parents, or house parents. Its tough going on knowing they are not here anymore. If I can be half the man my...

I have been impressed with Mr. Belicic since day one when I first witnessed how he took care of his wife. My father who is a resident of Homeland loved him as well. I would see him there every day wheeling his wife around and I was touched with how genle and loving he was. We will miss him.

Brian,
We will remember the times we spent with your Father with great fondness. He was so very proud of you and the entire family. You, Barbara and the children are in our thoughts and prayers.

The Gelston's

In my years at Milton Hershey, I was never fortunate to have Mr. Belicic as a houseparent or teacher but had many friends who did. The Belicic's, were always known as great houseparents and "Ben" was one of the best teachers on the hill. He will be missed by many, and there are alot of "homeguys", that are richer for having both of the Belicic's touch their lives.
God Bless you both. Gary Montgomery 1968

You were my Housefather and teacher the greatest honor no other man could achieve. You will always be be loved remembered.

Coach certainly left his mark on a lot of us home boys/girls. He will be sadly missed but the one thing he cannot take with him is the many memories he left behind. Ben & Brian, you can surly be proud to have had the opportunity to call him "Dad"
