Matt was one of my very first friends in high school.Although we lost touch in our later years,he was one of the people i looked forward to seeing the most at our reunions. Always a class act and a great guy, who never had a bad word to say about anyone throughout our four years at Moore. I'll never forget him dancing to Saturday Night Fever during freshman initiation. My heartfelt sympathies go out to the entire Blaine family.

I knew Matthew because I am best friends with his son Michael. I cried all day on the 14th from 5:00 pm to 11:59. His family didn't deserve for him to die. I wish my greatest hope that their family will live long and Matthew Blaine's name will go down in history.
