Not sure what to say?

Dear John & Linda,

It has been just over a year since Matthew's death. And we know you are still grieving, you always will. We wish we had a magical wand that could take your pain away. Unfortunately there is no such thing. But we can give you our friendship. We want you to know that are thoughts and prayers are still with both of you.

Love,
David and Delphina

Thinking of you John and Linda and Kristen, and remembering Matthew.
He was always the cutest little boy, smiles and dimples and easy to please, even having Julie and Kristen for babysitters on Saturday nights. He was a good son, loved his family, and he was a gift. I just know he is at peace, with Uncle Russ and Aunt Louise, John's folks, and Aunt Eva.
They loved him too.
Love, Claudia and Dan

We all miss you dearly Matt.
God Bless.

Seal and Friends.

Your parents are starting their first full year without you.

I am sure they are not celebrating the New Year as in days gone by, but thinking back over the New Year's past when you were here.

I know you are missed by many, therefore you stay alive in their hearts. I never knew you except through your partents and the love they had for you.

I felt the need to write to you on this night.

I miss you this Christmas Day, Matt, but I choose to think of warm memories in which you star. Playing Trivial Pursuit and how you tried so hard to be accurate when drawing that you always ran out of time. Wearing your "bear feet" slippers. Hearing you say, "Hi, Aunt Karen" and feeling your hug. How you hooked up video games and played them with Ryan (thank you, thank you, thank you!) Your Mom telling me how you loved a Christmas book with scented pages when you were little.
Merry...

Matt,
I missed you on Monday. Birthdays were one of a kind with our circle of friends! I know you would have been up for a celebration, as you always were. Nothing can replace you here, but the memories of the great times we shared as friends give me comfort. You are missed dearly brother. I'll see you again someday friend. We will celebrate once more.

Dear Matt
Although we never met, your aunt Karen filled me in on who you were and what a great young man you were. We are distant cousins, and I'm ashamed of my self for not keeping in touch with any of the family for the last 47 years. You see Matt,I'm a distant cousin from Wisconsin, and a jerk for dropping out from all our family for all those years and missed the chance to meet a great young cousin like you. The only comfort I have is knowing your with all the incredible loving,and...

Matt,

Though your time here on earth was short, you touched many lives and left loving memories.

Your mother and father are wonderful people and very dear friends, though we live far apart. This weekend, and yesterday, they celebrated your life and the memories you left behind.

They asked us to remember your day of birth, which was also your mothers special "birth day" with prayer.

This is for you Matt:

Those who shared their...

Dear Linda, John, Kristen, Family and Friends,
Our aching hearts bring us together as we struggle with the loss of Matt, a special person in each of our lives. Let's remember that the joy Matt brought into our lives is a gift that is ours forever. How blessed we are to have walked the path of life with him for whatever time we did.
We are all connected through Matt's love. Let's send each other thoughts of love and healing, as it will honor Matt and help us to lift each other...
