Not sure what to say?

Matt will truly be missed by all who knew him. Matt was always very helpful to me and my advertisers during my time at the Chronicle. Your smile will be missed my friend. Jennifer our prayers are with you now and always. Sincerely, Sean

I knew Matt through work at the Chronicle. He not only knew his business but he also knew how to act like a gentlemen. His gentle nature will be missed. My condolences to his family

Matt, I still can't believe you're gone, buddy. We weren't best of friends, but what I knew of you I loved. Always upbeat, always smiling, and I can't think of anyone at the Chron or anywhere else who didn't like you. I guess that's one goal I would love to attain before I go, though I don't know that I will be able to the same way you did. Rest in peace, my friend. I know your wife and family will never get over losing you at such a young age. I can speak for all your friends in saying that...

From now on, Jenn will have an angel watching over her.

I am so truly sorry for the loss of Matts warmth and kindness. It has been years since high school, but I vividly remember our parish youth retreat, and his sharing so much of his smile, enthusiasm and sheer and perpetual kindness throughout all of the bus rides back and forth from school, I am touched to have known him, sad to have lost touch over the years but grateful for the chance to have experienced his joy in life. I will keep Matt forever in my prayers and memories, and try to keep...

We met through a friend of mine over twenty years ago in Frankfurt/Germany and we celebrated New Year 1991/1992 at the "Wunderbar" together. I still think of you everytime I am listening to Garth Brooks even though we had lost track of each other. You will never be forgotten.

Mike and I were so sad to read this tragic news. We both knew him in High School in Germany too. He was always very sweet and easy going. What an incredible loss. Please know our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife and entire family.

Matt was one of my closest friends growing up. I have many fond memories full of laughter and happiness with him. I regret that we lost touch after college but it doesn't diminish the fondness I will always carry for him in my heart. He is an amazing person who touched many of us. My condolences to all his family and friends.
