Matthew Campanella

Matthew passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018. Matthew was a resident of Hammonton, New Jersey at the time of passing. After the war, he used the GI Bill to attend the University of Notre Dame where he earned a BS in Electrical Engineering in 1949 and Harvard University for a MS in Electrical Engineering in 1950. Matt was born and grew up in Hammonton before going off to WWII in the Army Air Corps. Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Sunday evening from 7pm to 9pm and Monday morning from 9:30am to 10:30am at Marinella Funeral Home, 102 N. 3rd Street, Hammonton. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church 3 rd & French Streets Hammonton, NJ. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 124 S. First Rd. Hammonton, NJ.
