Not sure what to say?

Only the good die young. You were great, always there for anyone when they needed you and always had the best advice and most importantly always knew how to have a good time. Otis, you will forever be missed. You touched everyone's lives and sure knew how to play one hell of a fiddle. Rock on.

I had the pleasure to work with Otis at Cat for 2 years. He was a good coworker and friend, he will be missed. R.I.P. Otis!

Chrest Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

To the Chrest Family:

Please accept our sympathy at this time of your loss. We cannot imagine the pain you must feel.

God has a new angel watching over you.

To "Otis's" family,

We are so extreamly sorry for your loss. Otis was a funny, generous, happy, outgoing friend and he will be dearly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Our most sincere sympathy to the Chrest family and all of Otis' dear friends.

We had the pleasure of Otis' company over New Year's Eve and through the following weekend. He and the boys celebrated and must have seen all their friends. They truely had a wonderful time and we have always enjoyed Otis' company. Otis was a wonderful person, will never be forgotten and always missed.

There are no words to describe the devastation we all felt when Otis was taken so quickly. Please...

Steve/Lynn and family,
We are so pleased to have met Matt a few years ago. He was a laugh!! Please know we are here for you!!
Love ya..
