Age 32, died Wednesday, March 14, 2012. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 19, 2012 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor David Chittenden officiating. Cremation will take place following the service. Those desiring may make contributions to Great Lakes Baptist Temple Missions Program. Visitation 4-8 p.m. Saturday and 1-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Matthew was born in Warren, Michigan on November 19, 1979 and was a resident of Flint since 1980. Matt was saved and baptized at the Great Lakes Baptist Temple, where he worked in the Bus Ministry. In 1998 Matt graduated from Central High School and then attended Mott College. Surviving are his children, LillyAnne Serenity Crews and Noah Matthew Crews, and their mother, Rachel Crews; parents, James and Cathy Crews; aunts, uncles and cousins.
