Not sure what to say?

Matthew was my first best friend, we were neighbors for a decade. He was possibly the most genuine and nice person I’ve ever met. He loved history and especially world war 2 but could hold a conversation on just about anything. It’s been so long since I’ve actually spoken to you but I think about you pretty often. I hope you know that you made a huge impact in my life and I won’t forget you. Rest easy you are an amazing soul.

I was one of Matt’s Camp friends, where the two of us both came in in our first year together, same bunk. We drifted in and out of friendship over the years until his final year where we became great friends. I remember the last time I saw him, at the camp reunion before his death. I removed him saying he wasn’t planning on coming back, and he was going to do something else with his life. I wished him luck, completely unaware that that was the last time I saw him. Matthew, I know it’s been...

I went to Camp with Matt and was an LT with him. I was just watching the news and the game Magic the gathering came up. I immediately thought of Matt. Matt was known as the best at the game Magic in the bunk and maybe even camp. He spent a lot of his free time playing and teaching others, even me, how to play magic. Matt was an extremely nice and friendly person no matter who it was, something I will always respect. At camp, with no technology, a good card game is everything for younger...

I went to Sleep away camp with Matthew. We were LT's together. Matthew had a great singing voice and was very well spoken. We didn't know each other too well. But, we we're friendly and spent some time living in the same bunk. I can honestly and confidently say that every interaction I had with him, he left me smiling. He was a incredibly kind and I still think about singing with him and all of our bunk mates on the bus ride to Canada. My condolences to your family.

We will always remember Matt with a smile on his face and a book in his hand.

he was a great LT and a very good and strong hearted person.

Matthew we got to know you when you were only a toddler. You and Sam were so close in age and so similar in so many ways it is beyond comprehension that you will not grow up. We remember your ready smile, your affection and love, your joy and energy, and your intelligence and curiosity. The world is a poorer place without you in it; the future darkened without your light. Leslye, Rob and Allison our hearts go out to you. We have no words to offer; only our love and prayers. We are...

Dear Leslye, Bob & Allison - Words cannot express our sorrow to you in this tragic and untimely loss. Please accept our deepest sympathy and support at this very difficult time.
