Not sure what to say?

Matt,
Thinking of you and praying for your family. I know tomorrow will be a hard day for all. I hope everyone feels as lucky as I do that I had a chance to know you. In our hearts forever <3

Matt, You would be so proud of your family, they miss you all very much. May you rest in peace knowing that your kids and wife will be taken care of. May God and you look over them, protect them, and show them the way. In loving memory of you Matt.

Matthew,

You would be so very proud of your family. The way they have stepped up to take care of your children is nothing short of amazing. Their hearts continue to break & mourn your loss and yet they still put your children's needs first. I always knew what great parents you have but their acts of sacrifice and love is further testament to how very much they love you, your wife and kids.
I pray for them all as well you. R.I.P. & God Bless you.

As time goes by I see a permanent change in our families lives. We embrace every little strange thing that we see or hear and we hope that it is you reaching out to us. We talk about you all the time and we will continue to keep your memory alive. We know you are watching over (Pop Eye) in the Nursing home because he mentions your name out of the blue as if you were there visiting him. Please continue making your presence known, it puts a smile on our face, even if it's for just a few...

As my 30th birthday passes I miss you more then words can express. I miss your hugs, which were the best. I miss your smile, which could get anyone to smile. I could go on and on forever at what I miss but I know you are watching out for everyone you loved. One day we will meet again and my best friend of 25 years will be near again to laugh with and share stories. Rest in peace until we meet again.

Matthew will all love and miss you very much.

The reality has still not completely set in. I am angry that you are not here to be with us, but mostly with your children. Every time I put little Nico to bed and rub his little back as he falls asleep, I think of you and hope that you are looking down at the magic you made with my daughter. I will miss you always......it will never end.

Matt you are truly someone always to look up to..not many people make an impact on your life. but you truly did on mine I know it was a short time we were able to play together but I have always thought very highly of you. Miss you buddy and all the best to your family.
Ned

Not a day that passes that you aren't in my thoughts. I still struggle with why you, but I know you are watching over everyone you love. You were an amazing person to all.
