Matthew C "Matt" Dillman

HARLINGEN - June 12, 1959-July 14, 2025

Matt Dillman, age 66 passed away suddenly in his sleep on July 14, 2025. Born on June 12, 1959, Matt was the son of Homer and Judith Dillman and the beloved brother of Ken and Cindy Dillman.

Matt was a devoted family man whose life was defined by kindness, humor and unwavering dedication to those he loved. He was a proud and loving father to Kodi Dillman and a caring Stepfather to Robert Young (Erin) and Kristin Landon (Delonny). He cherished his role as a Grandfather and found great joy in the lives and laughter of his grandchildren-Evan Young, Jordin and Jaydin Landon.

Twenty-six years ago, Matt met the love of his life, Cynthia. What started as a leap of faith turned into a deep, enduring partnership built on trust, humor and shared values. Their relationship was a beautiful example of what can happen when you take a chance on love. Together, they built a strong, blended family and created a life filled with warmth, laughter and unconditional support.

Matt will be remembered for his quiet strength, easygoing spirit and never ending love of all things tech. He loved his gadgets and made sure his family had the latest toys that he insisted they need.

He leaves behind a legacy of love, loyalty and gentle wisdom. Matt will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family, friends and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
