Matthew F. DiPietro

I worked with Matt for almost 17 years what stuck out to me was his strong work ethic and knowledge of his position at National. He was overworked undervalued and underappreciated. I would always ask him when was going to retire. I'm so sorry it was not sooner. Rest In Peace you will be missed!

I worked with Matthew in 1966 as a mail clerk right out of high school (KHS `65) for the NOPCO CHEMICAL CO., In the Military Park Building, Newark, NJ. Matthew, I believe, had recently graduated from St. S. School (`66?) and then was also hired at NOPCO. I always thought Matthew was such an easygoing, pleasant guy to work with for the few months that I knew him, before I got drafted in Oct. of 1966. I´ve thought of Matthew often over the years. My deepest condolences and sympathies to Matthew´s family and loved ones. I not only worked side by side with Matthew for over twenty years, but he was also my dear friend and part of my every day life. To say that I´m saddened is an understatement, and every day has been so difficult without him.
