Matthew was born on July 8, 1983 and passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016. Matthew was a resident of Salisbury, Massachusetts at the time of passing. He was a graduate of Newburyport High School in 2002.He continued his education at the University of Connecticut graduating with a BS in Political Science and then earned his Masterâs. Family and friends may call on Thursday November 10th from 4:00pm â 8:00pm at Twomey LeBlanc and Conte Funeral Home 193 High Street Newburyport MA. Parking available behind the Funeral Home. Funeral Services and burial will be private at a later date.
