Not sure what to say?

Dear family of Matt... I am so sorry for your loss. I didn´t know Matt as an adult, but in high school he had an infectious smile and an energetic way that made many young life meetings a lot more fun! Matt was always ready for an adventure. He seemed to genuinely care about people as an outflow of his faith. I can only imagine these qualities increased as he grew older and had a family. I´m sure the pain of loosing someone you love so much is very different We lost one of our daughters...

I played softball with and against Matt in the Sylvania Senior Softball League. I loved playing against and with him and he was just such a kind and good man. He loved to play outfield , hit lots if line drive base hits into LC and RC and had lots of wheels especially for 50 and over league. Matt also did an awesome job maintaining the website and I as a manager would always get my email request each week form Matt to give scores and game summary. Matt had so many friends throughout the...

I am very saddened to learn of Matt's passing. The Edinger family was amongst the first friends my family & I met when we moved to Sylvania in 1966. You are all in my thoughts and prayers, and may God help you through this very difficult time. I am grateful Matt is no longer suffering and has gone to a much better place. Take care, all of you.

My condolences. Matt was a kind, humble, gentle man. He will be missed.

I met Matt @ Fricker's after my husband(Wayne Harris) and Matt got done playing a ballgame. He is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He taught me that sports are not all about "the win" it's about the guys getting to know each other and having fun! He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Sherry and Wayne Harris

A great man of God. My sympathies to all of his family.
