My heart goes out to the family of Matthew Fitting. Although I had only met him a few occassions and I knew his father and from everything I have heard on here and everything I know about his father I feel safe on betting Matt was a nice and decent man taken by a flawed world before his time. Its hard to offer any word that might be comforting to the family but if it helps at all I believe Matt is with God now and at peace. This is only goodbye for now, you will see him again. I'm so saddened to hear of Matt's passing. He is a special person and will always be a great friend. Matt and I had truly great times years ago. I have so many wonderful memories of Matt and both of you, and I am so grateful for his time here with us. I will miss him.

We always loved having Matt over at our house in Slingerlands and enjoyed many wonderful times with him, including CBA functions, birthday parties, drives in the car.
