Not sure what to say?

I am deeply sorry and wish to offer my condolences to Matthew's family and friends. I believe that he is in a better place and is watching over you now.

To the Frei Family,
I do not know if you remember us, we met you at Hackensack Hospital where our son Michael is also being treated for a rare childhood cancer. I would often see you and your mom in clinic and speak of the people I knew from Hawthorne. Your Matthew was a beautiful child. When we heard of your loss my heart broke. I will keep your family in our prayers and you will always be in our thoughts.

To The Frei Family,

I am so very sorry to hear about Matthew. I do not know if you remember me, but we met at Hackensack Hospital when my brother was in for the meningitis. I just want you to know that although I will not be attending services with my parents due to previous obligations, I am extremely sorry for your loss. Matthew was a true blessing to this Earth and him and the rest of your family will be in my prayers for a very long time. God bless you all.

To Matthews Family,

I just became a mother for the first time in February, so I truly understand the love a parent has for a child. I can't imagine my life without my son, so I can't imagine what you are going through. I do believe Matthew is in a better place and he has become your guardian angel. You were blessed to have him for the time you did and you are that much better for having him in your lives. My family and I will have you and Matthew in our prayers. God Bless You....

To the Family of Matthew:

I do not have the words to properly say how sorry I am for your family. I am a stranger, I don't know your family, but I became very sad and upset when I read about Matthew in the paper. I needed to let you know that I will keep your family in my prayers and my thoughts. That does not sound like much, I know. I am sure many other people will be praying and thinking of Matthew and your family as well. May God guide you through this very difficult time,...
