Not sure what to say?

I would listen to you practice "Love you til the end" a thousand times a day if would bring you back. Rest in Peace My friend.

One month ago today, we lost you.

I love you.

I have written and erased this over and over. I miss you. Kell misses you. The kids miss you. Your mom misses you.

Thank you for everything you did. The service, the love, the friendship.

I can't believe that it has almost been a month. Feels like we lost you only yesterday.

I miss you so very much.

Matty, I still remember you sitting in my class as if it was yesterday. The thoughtful student who did well in class without much effort required. We were all so proud when we heard you had signed up and then even moreso when I heard from your Mom that you still went on to college and graduated with honors while serving our wonderful country.

I have yet to meet the woman who captured your heart and would love to give her a hug on your behalf someday.

God bless you.

Though I never met you, I can see the incredible impact you had on those close to me. May the memories of you continually warm the hearts of those who crossed your path; you will be missed.

May God bless and keep you.

We had our odds and we had our moments, but you were always a stand up guy. I admired and respected your life and all that you did. Your country should be very grateful for your service.

I am proud to say I knew you, Matt. You are very missed around here. Caleb even asks about what you might be doing in heaven.

Kelly is a strong woman and will make her husband proud. Those kids will be watched over by a very large community of uncles (and a few aunts) for the rest of...

I know I am young. I know I haven't really lived my life yet... but I do know one thing without question... when I do find the one forever... I pray that I have a third of what you and Mom had. I never thought that there was a forever love... I didn't think it was possible. Then I saw you with my Mom. The way you looked at each other, the way she touched your hand sitting in church- without even thinking about it. God made you for her and her for you.

Thank you for what you did....

Matty, you are so very missed round here. There is just a big hole that only you can fill. You were taken way too soon from us and I think of you each and every single day.

We will take care of Kelly and the kids, I promise.

Love you Matti'O'lio.
