Matthew F. Kulick, D.O.

I am saddened to learn of Dr. Kulicks passing -a year after as I am in for my annual physical. I enjoyed my visits as were both Spartans and the same age - love and light to you all!

I am heartbroken to find out of Dr Kulick passing away, especially 10 months after the fact. I loved being one of his patients, he and I had a very similar sense of humor and were always cracking up during my visits. I still went home feeling better even when I went home feeling like I got hit by a Mack truck. LOL He's a great Doc and my prayers go out to all who know and love him. You should all know that he meant a lot to and helped so many. God bless us all, I sincerely hope to see...

Condolences to the family. Matt was our family's doc for many years.

So sorry to hear of Matt´s passing, late condolences to his family, friends and co-workers. Matt was my primary doctor for 25+ years and I looked forward to seeing him whenever I went in - quick laugh and great care. I´ll miss him.

I just found out today while setting up any appointment i had no idea! My condolences to the family and staff that worked with him for years and rest in piece to my Doctor.

I am shocked at hearing of Dr Kulick’s death he had been my physician for over
35 years! He was a wonderful doctor and had a heart for healing and an ear for listening! Godspeed my Friend may you rest in Peace!

Wow, I am so saddened by the news that Dr Kulick passed away in January! I just found out today! He was my doctor for years. Such a kind and gentle doctor. My daughter was also a patient. RIP Dr Kulick. I'm so sorry to hear
