On the anniversary of Matthew's passing, I pause and count my blessings, as our son Jonathan was diagnosed with Leukemia on December 15th 2016. Jon is thankfully in remission now, but as I reflect on Matthew's short time with us, I can recall the physical, emotional and spiritual challenges that we went through, and can only offer my prayers and know that Matthew's bright Spirit and Love of Music and Life will remain with you forever. God rest his kind soul.

I just read the news in the Community advocate. I am so very sorry for your loss. Matthew was an incredibly talented young man. I remember very well his musical contributions to the Westborough Public schools Music department. Please accept my condolences and prayers for you and your extended family. I am at a loss for words. Matt was a beautiful light in this world. I looked forward to seeing him every year. I had the pleasure of playing music with him a few times. I will miss him so much. My deepest sympathies to Carol and Dave.
