Not sure what to say?

I still think about Matt's sense of humor, kindness, and love of sandwiches. I was blessed to know him! Miss you buddy!

In 9th grade I had you as a history teacher and I want to say the day you died is the day I teared up. I remember when you and mr Palmer would make me laugh you both sat in that back lunch room together I always came and talk to you. One of my best memories of you was in class and it was about that giant pizza. Deep down I always remember you such a nice person with a kind heart forever may your soul rest in paradise. Miss you Mr Naska. Your forever in my head as my favorite teacher. Paul...

I new you were wonderful,Matt, but through the messages from your students, I realize that you were more wonderful.
The messages from students and their visit to calling hours made my heart swell with so much love

I had Mr. Naska for 7th and 8th grade social studies at PV. I was sitting in his class when he routinely checked the morning news out loud. It was Sept.11, 2001. I can still see him telling us how significant it was and we would remember that day for the rest of our lives. How right you were. Rest in peace.

Theresa,

I am so sorry for your loss. May the Lord give you and your family strength and comfort during this difficult time.

Vincetta, John, and family,
From our days at school in Ellet to the Amber Restaurant to our days at Garfield to our trip to Italy, you have always been cherished friends. Your love of family and the joy that you shared with them was always so powerful. The memorial service for Matthew was one of the most beautiful services that I have ever attended. Again, the emphasis on family was so touching. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Naska Family,
We are so sorry to hear about your loss. We are so lucky to have gotten to know Matt and will remember all the fun times we spent together during football season as he coached my son. Your family will be in our thoughts and prayers thru this difficult time.
