Not sure what to say?

Brigitta and I offer our sincerest condolences to the extended Palazzolo families. A nicer guy never there was. And I was always amazed at how calm and collected he could be while swirling in that big sea of Palazzolo-Girl estrogen. He is greatly missed, but the memory of him will long endure.

Cindy,

You have my Deepest Sympathies & Condolences. I am very sorry for the loss of your Father. As you are grieving always remeber that your Father is never far away...although he was called Home , he is always with you.

-Lisa Ukman-

My sincerest condolences to Matt's family. Matt was my boss, mentor and friend for over 10 years at Emerson. I witnessed each day how much Matt's family meant to him. Matt was always generous with his time and knowledge, and was truly respected within the industry. I am thankful for the time I had with him, and everything he taught me. He will truly be missed.

Cindy, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your father. You and your family will be in my prayers. Take comfort in knowing that he is no longer in pain and is now in the loving arms of our God.

I worked with Matt for more than 20 years. He helped me greatly and was the "guru" for what he did across the Corporation. So sorry to hear this and I my sincerest condolences to his family.
