I've know Matt since Junior High. I am sorry to hear about his passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family during this difficult time.

I've known Matt since I was 19. I have some great memories of him and will miss him greatly. I am sorry for your loss.

I've been friends with Matt for years via Facebook with plans to meet in person that, sadly, never came to fruition. I talked to him at least once a day for years though and thought of him as a close friend. He is already sorely missed. Peace and healing love to you all.

I was truly shocked when I hear that Matt had passed suddenly on August 5th. We may not have ever met in person but Matt was a true friend, often sticking up for my points of view and never hesitating to tell me if he felt I was wrong or misapplying some political theory. I will greatly miss our daily contacts and conversations!

Matt always had a way of making me laugh all the time in school. I will miss him and all his messages to us all.
