Matthew Gardner Pontius

I have known Matt for over 10 years. He was my financial planner and was a great mentor and is solely responsible for my ability to retire. He not only was brilliant and diligent but friendly and kind not hesitating when I was ill to bring papers over to my home for me to sign. I am forever grateful for his guidance and friendship. I am so saddened and my prayers are with Lisa and the children. He will be missed.

We are so sorry to hear of Matt´s passing. We knew he was in the hospital with hopes of getting out soon. Never expected to see this passing. Matt was always so friendly to us. You could tell how proud he was of his family. Their trips to the mountains etc May you find peace through the wonderful memories made and the time you had together The Wheatleys

He handled my finances on Daniel Island and continued to when I moved back to Ohio. I will miss him dearly. He was a wonderful person.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering Matt and your loved one today and always. I remember the first time I met Matt 10+ yrs, too young to be our finance advisor I was wrong ,he did everything right .He will be missed by me & many others, such a great person. May he rest in peace our prayers will be with you and your family now and forever .
