Read MoreMy husband and I were the second to encounter Matthew at the scene of the accident and also second to call for help. Since that tragic morning, we have kept Matthew in our prayers. We have been moved deeply and have kept all of those close to Matthew in our hearts. Our most deep sympathies and sadness to learn of Matthew's passing.
