Not sure what to say?

Susie: you know I feel your pain. Jeffrey has been gone almost 9 years. I wish I could tell you it gets better - it is just different. I think of him every day as I know you think of Matt. I trust he is safe in our Savior's arms and that I will see him again - as you will too.

Dear Susie and John,

I just found out today you lost your wonderful son. My deepest sympathy and prayers for you and Cameron.

Your old band friends and neighbor,

Susie & John,
We are deeply saddened by the news of Matt's passing. Please know that your family is in our hearts and prayers. We will always remember him as a wonderful and special young man.

Susie & John, we are sending heartfelt condolences to your family with the news of Matt's passing. We did not know until just today. Please know that our hearts are broken and that we'll always remember Matt as a special and wonderful human being. You are in our prayers.

I'm so sorry for your loss

I wish there was something I could say to ease the pain, I lost my own son Mattie 14 months ago,I don't know what to do.

I heard about your loss and wanted to reach out to you. I lost my oldest son Jeffrey and can empathize with all the feelings and questions you are experiencing. Please know you will be in my thoughts and prayers. We have moved to a southern suburb called Midlothian but would be happy to help in any way I can. I hope you remember the Freshwaters from Indian Princesses.

Susie and John, we are so very sorry to hear about Matt's passing. We knew Matt as a very sweet, precious child and a good friend to our son Jason. He was always a joy to have in our home and I am confident he grew to be a wonderful man! We are praying hard that God will comfort you now and in the days ahead.

"Trumpets sound their sad good-bye to those we held so dear."
