I met Matthew "Matt" in 1976 when I was assigned to the Tekonsha Post. I was also an instructor at the academy when Matt joined MSP. Matt was at the Academy when I retired and was turning in my equipment. I will always remember Matt smiling. Prayers for the Dick and Ann plus family. Matt is gone but never forgotten
