I was so sorry to hear about Matthew's passing. Thank you very much for thinking enough about me to let me know. He was so very lucky to be able to grow up with such a wonderful family. Even though it has been years since I have been able to spend any time with him, my heart will always have a very special place for the little boy I spent so much time with babysitting. I think of you all often.

Aunt Cassie, Uncle David, Elise and everyone else. I'm very sorry that i couldn't be there to properly express my sympathy. I always remember matt smiling, and the world will not be the same without it. He was blessed to have such loving people around him and we've all been blessed to have him in our lives. I'm sorry again that i couldn't be there. My love and thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I was so happy to reconnect with Matthew and all of you at Katie's wedding this summer and now to lose him just as I was realizing what an amazing person he had become is terrible.
I know that you had known how amazing he was all along and I can't imagine how deep the sorrow must be. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
