Matt was probably one of the nicest guys iv'e met in this life. This is truly unfortunate. We lost a good one when he left this earth.

Today I ran on the Mountain Bay trail and after 6 miles decided it was time to take a break and stretch. I stopped at Matt´s memorial and took in the beauty of the rest area and dedicated my run to Matt. Much love, Katie
