Dr. Schwinger was my fathers cardiologist and recommended he have open heart surgery in 2005. It's because of him that my father is still alive today. (87) now... I had the honor of working with Dr Schwinger at Northridge Hospital. His kindness and compassion for his patients were evident daily. I will miss him and pray his family is comforted knowing how much we valued the opportunity to work with such a wonderful man. May you rest in peace.
