Shocked and saddened by this loss. I met Matt over the internet years ago and eventually met up with him very briefly. I just learned of his death today. From the time I've spent interacting with him over the web and the phone conversations and meet-up I've had with him, I could tell he was a genuine and all-around great guy.

I'm deeply sorry for the loss to his family and girlfriend.

I am so sorry to hear of Matt's passing. My prayers are with his family. Matt was a really sweet guy, I went to high school with him. I remember his love of animals.
