Read MoreMatthew and I were good friends as kids in Rockland. I´ve often wondered where he might be and have searched on Facebook. I left Rockland in 1969 and never saw or heard from Matt again. I´m only just now learning of his death. I´m so sorry to hear this, I have fond memories of the Silva family, Phillip, Wren, Ellen and Joel.

Ellen, Joel and Chris,
I am deeply saddened by Matt's passing. There are just too many memories to share. Though our paths moved in different directions, I was always able to smile at his way and the love of birding that both Rhen and he introduced me to. In rememberance of him the activity will be more cherished.
