Matthew Charles Slay

I miss him every single day. Something reminds me of his unfinished potential. His legacy is my two beautiful "Ginger" grandchildren.

Matt, It was truly an honor sharing life with you as a friend. I testified for you in court and helped with paperwork. Yet I feel I should have been more present in your life. You liked crazy girls and sharp tools and quick wit. You understood all of my weird Sci fi jokes and we talked all the time. Larping was some of the best times also muggle quidditch. We had a blast doing life. I saw some kids in the park and thought of you today. R.I.P. buddy

I am sorry for your loss. Matt worked on a food truck with us on occasion. He had such quick wit. I loved his sarcastic and dark humor.

I just read a full page story about this obituary in the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Bravo to Chris for such a unique and beautiful tribute to his very loved brother who died way too soon! My condolences to his family and friends.
