Not sure what to say?

Steve, I could not believe what I was hearing this morning. You brought happiness to all that you encountered.I'm one of these persons. we were stationed together in Germany, and Desert Storm. (The 240th could not have Rocked without you brother]May the lord keep and comfort your family during this period.

Steve, I can't believe you had to leave this world so soon. It has been years since we last run into each other at Ft Hood. We had some exciting times in Germany. You were so crazy and fun to be around. While typing this, I know you remember the times we would go get those delicious German sandwiches for breakfast and your car stalled one time; you tried to teach me how to pop a clutch :-). See you in Heaven my brother. May the Lord comfort your family and friends.

I love you daddy! Im grateful, that this year was a good year for us, I appreciate the meaningful talks we had and I know that you were happy with how things were headed. I promise to wear your name well, and keep my brothers and sister together. By any means necessary. loosing you has been the most painful and difficult thing I have ever had to face, but God has been helping me daily to get through it. I love you always and forever.

Your Son,
Matthew

Near shady wall rose once grew, Budded and blossomed in God's free light, Watered and fed by morning dew, Shedding its sweetness day and night,As it grew and blossomed fair and tall, Slowly rising to loftier height, It came to a crevice in the wall Through which there shone a beam of light. Onward it crept with added strength with never a thought of fear or pride, It followed the light through the crevice's length and unfold itself on the other side. The light, the dew, the broadening view....

This is such a sad day for me as well he was my first NCO when I came in the army He was always there for me when I needed something I will always remember him. And to DEE DEE if there is anything I can do please dont hesitate to call this is munchie my deepest sympathy goes out to you and yours. [email protected]
