Dear Nancy and Kevin.

I was so heartbroken to hear of the untimely death of your son, Matthew. Please accept my deepest sympathy. Nancy, I will always remember your sincere compassion and concern to me at PNI during my neice's illness and death. I especially remember you passing me in the hallway and stopping me to ask about Sarah's progress. You had such compassion and concern in your eyes.
