Matthew D. Villiano, 65, of Bangor, PA passed away Friday, June 25th, at his residence.
Matthew was born in East Stroudsburg, PA on June 5, 1956, a son of Ann M. (Scagliotta) Villiano, of Plainfield Twp., PA, and the late Joseph Villiano, Sr.
He was a 1975 graduate of Bangor High School. Matthew and his brother were owners and operators of M+M Villiano Contracting in Bangor, PA. He enjoyed music, carpentry, and cars.
Matthew was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, Roseto, PA.
In addition to his mother Ann, Matthew is survived by a daughter, Melissa Villiano, and fiancé Caleb Kitts, a son, Joshua Villiano, a sister, Karen Greggo, wife of Joe, two brothers, Mark Villiano, husband of Mary Beth, and Stephen Villiano, husband of Julie, a granddaughter Ella Kitts, and former wife Pam Paffett. Matthew was preceded in death by a brother Joseph Villiano, Jr.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 10 to 11 AM on Tuesday, July 6th at the Gaffney Parsons Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. 4 Lillian Lane, "Village of Johnsonville" Bangor, PA. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, July 6th at the funeral home. Burial will be held at New Catholic Cemetery in Roseto, PA. Online condolences may be offered at gaffneyparsons.com.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Villiano family in care of the funeral home 4 Lillian Lane, Bangor, PA 18013 to go towards the education fund for his granddaughter Ella Kitts.
