Not sure what to say?

I love you, Matt.

Daniel, Dena and Steve,

Please accept my saddened heart for not finding out sooner that Matthew had passed away in 2009~ I loved him very much and am in utter disbelief. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. G-d Bless you Matthew~ xoxoxo

wow - I am so late in hearing this news. It has been about 15 years since I last spoke with Matt - I knew him when he lived in Birmingham, MI with his Aunt Karen, and went to Seaholm H.S. He had so much drive and energy, I often admired him for having the courage to try new things in life.

After reading his obituary, I realized he never lost what I admired most about him. I always knew he would be very successful in life.

I will always hold a special place in my heart...

To the Wirt Family:

I was saddened to hear about Matthew Today during class. Matthew will always hold a very special place in my heart. He was my Academy Partner we shared many of dreams, stories and encounters. He helped me throgh my toughest time in my life (family academy and other stressors) I could always look at Matthew for his worldly advice (usually "One more mile let do this") There have been many of calls i wold look for Matthew to answer even though he was not...

I just found out today about Matt's passing. I am in shock. I worked with him at the MSST. I would look forward to seeing him at Sushi Town and bumping into him in odd places. He was such a great person and a loyal friend. I would not see him for months at a time but each meeting was like I had just seen him the day before. I will miss him.

Matt was a great friend. He was always a nice guy and you could look to him to make you laugh.

I cant put into words how painful it is to have received this news. Matt was one of my closest friends. He was kind, generous, and always there if you needed him.

We had first met at our time shared at Northwood. I learned much from him. My sympathies to his family.

He will be missed.

Matt was a very smart, motivated and talented person. A very successful business man. I will miss poker nights and all the debates about every kind of topic. All around good guy. He will be missed!

God Bless his family and friends.

My favorite memory was during Rosefest. We got off watch around 10pm. Matt would rush us every night to get back to hour hotel and change so we could make it to Beaches in Vancouver for Happy Hour food before 11pm. His memories will make always make me laugh.
