My God see you through this time and keep your family strong.

I am brought to tears to hear that Matt has passed away. I went to high school with Matt and he was a close friend. His smile and humor will be missed, I will hold dear the many funny memories I have of him. My deepest sympathy to his family and loved ones.

Van,Carl and family, I just heard about Matt and am truly sorry, such empty words but heartfelt. God takes the good ones young for special angels. Erica and I will keep you in our prayers. If you are ever in Myrtle Beach give us a call. Bowers have our number. Terry and Erica Nunn

Carl, Vann, and Family. I am so sorry about Matthew. He sounds like he was a wonderful young man. I didn't find out until yesterday from Susan, Mom and Dad.

There is never a right thing to say at such a time of loss. Please try your best to celebrate Matthew's life. I pray that God lighten your sadness and hold all of you in the palm of His hand and give you strength.

Please let me know if there is anything I can possibly do for you or your family.

Carl, Vann and Family...Jean and I just heard about Matthew today and our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Although this is a time of great grief, may you also be comforted by Matthew's life and the wonderful memories that you all have and can share. We will be thinking of you all. Bub, Jean and Family

Matt and I went to high school together. He was very funny and always kept my spirits high. Even in the most of dramatic situations. I will miss his smile the most, for sure. The whole family is in my thoughts and prayers. You guys should feel blessed that you raised such a kind, thoughtful, compassionate man who touched the lives of many.

To the Zick family:

Matthew will truly be missed. He was such a a kind and giving individual, as well as, a great co-worker. May God be with you during this trying time.

Families drove many miles, often in the pre-dawn hours, for youth hockey so some exciting moments, along with our hot coffee, were most welcome. Matt provided those thrilling moments. We can still picture him vividly as he would emerge with the puck, charge down the ice and, more often than not, score a goal for his team. His incredible speed and athletic skill were a delight to watch and an inspiration to...

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time grief. Matthew was a wonderful person.
