I met Dean Esteves only once, but she made a profound impact on our daughter's educational choice and on our family as a result. Her candor and enthusiasm for Rutgers nursing and for the profession at an accepted students day really made our daughter's choice of the Rutgers College of Nursing feel like the right one. I am grateful for that moment and for Dean Esteves' many contributions to the Rutgers nursing program. My condolences to her family and friends.
