MAUREEN GALLAGHER

Maureen was my childhood best friend. We lived on the same block in Brooklyn, NJ. When my mother was 80 we had a party. My mother always kept in touch with Maureen & her mother so they joyfully canme to the party. After my mother passed I tried to reach out to Maureen but could never reach her. I was totally shocked when her obituary showed in my persistent searches. I will miss you, Maureen. . and wish you had called me. My phone number never changed

I was a cousin of Maureen through marriage. I wish that someone had told me that she was ill. I have been trying to contact her for a while. She was a loving mother and daughter and a dedicated nurse. She had a great sense of humor and always spoke her mind. I stopped by her house today because I am moving to Florida and I found a sign on the door. To all her family, I will miss her too. I hope that someone took her pups.

So sorry to just read of the passing of Maureen Gallagher. I worked with Maureen in Brooklyn in a nursing home. We had so many laughs, Maureen was just a great nurse, and a great person as well! I know she loved to read and she always talked of her dogs, her dear Mom (R.I.P.)and her daughter Kerri. She always told me to stop by her house and visit her when I went to the Staten Island Mall, Of course, I never got around to it, and then Maureen left the nursing home to take another job. ...
