Not sure what to say?

11th anniversary of your death today and Mother's Day tomorrow. Same configuration of dates as the year you died. Been talking with Maria and Pie about all the things we put in your coffin. Still miss you and have dreams you are alive. Love you Mum as always. Donna

Can't believe it's been 10 years Mum. How can that be. We miss you.

Happy Mother's Day Mum

Love You

Donna

It says serves 8 but we'll get through it

Happy 83rd Birthday Mum.

It's been a difficult day today as I've waited all day to phone Darrell as arranged and he hasn't answered. I think right now he could do with you. When the chips were down you were always there and his chips are well and truly down. I'm just sad today.

Ben is in the Netherlands staying with his girlfriend and Covid is getting worse again. Winter lockdown here we come. Roy and I will have cake and a cup of tea before bed tonight and save a piece for...

Happy Mothers Day Mum.

8 years now since you died and I still can't believe it some days. The world is still in the grip of the madness that Covid 19 has brought.

Ben ordered me flowers online for the first time ever and also a pyramid of Ferrero Roches. Roy also got me Ferrero Roche. They always make me think of Ellen Ferraro, your Great Grandmother. She's as much of a mystery as you.

Love you Mum

Happy Birthday Mum. Ben went to Sainsbury and came back with the same star cakeas last year. Roy and I have just eaten a slice but not Ben as we have just taken him to London and dropped him off ready to start at Queen Mary University. Can't believe he's left home, made me remember our drive in 1983 through the Oxfordshire Agatha Christie villages. Love you Mum

Happy Mothers Day Mum. Sorry I'm late, everything's a bit mad at the moment. Wonder what you would make of what's going on in the world at the moment, mind you, you were on lock down in your mind for years. Better to be trapped in the house than trapped in your mind. Ben will be 18 on Sunday. It would have been great for you to have seen him grow up for him to know you better. Love you Mum

Donna

Another Birthday Mum. Ate the cake one day early last year and writing this one day late this year. You've been in my dreams the last couple of nights, muddled dreams but strangely lucid. Woke up feeling your presence

Love you

Donna

Happy 80th Birthday Mum. Bought the same cake as last year, a star one from Tesco. Couldn't resist starting it yesterday though, hope you don't mind. Visited your grave a couple of weeks ago with more mushrooms and toadstools. Ben is determined to keep adding more and he also wants a gnome. Not sure if that is appropriate. Had a few tears tonight. Love you Mum
