Maureen Kelly Maher

I knew Maureen when we were young and single in Manhattan. What good times we had. As happens with life, we went our separate ways, married and raised children. Every Christmas I would hear from Maureen. I loved her artistic Christmas cards -- have saved them all. Ginny Fiden sent me the prayer card and I love the picture as well as the "grieve not .. " sentiment. I believe Maureen is now comfortable in the Lord's arms. My prayers are for all of you.

I knew Maureen though our Book Belles group and enjoyed her company and her insights into our readings. But more, I admired the courage of this beautiful woman.

I have wonderful memories of "Aunt" Maureen, my godmother. She has been part of our family since before my parents were married and will be especially missed by my mother, Joan. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Maher and Kelly families for your great loss.
