Maureen A. Reddington, 50 of Fanwood died Tuesday December 6, 2011 at her residence. Funeral Saturday December 10 at 12:15 PM at the Rossi Funeral Home 1937 Westfield Ave Scotch Plains Mass 1 PM at St. Bartholomew The Apostle Church Scotch Plains Interment St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia. Visitation Friday 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM.
Maureen was born in Newark, settled and raised in Fanwood in 1963. Maureen attended Middlesex College from 1979-1980 receiving Liberal Arts degree,Union College from 1981-1983 receiving her AA Liberal Arts, Kean College from 1983-1987 receiving her BA in Education/Family Life Study. Maureen in 2000 complete the certificate program for web page design from Union College.
Maureen was working for Lord & Taylor in Westfield. Prior she worked in the human resource department for Target and Macy's .. She also worked in the corp world for Alliance Fund Distribution in Seacaus.
Maureen was predeceased by her father Martin and her brother Ricky.
Surviving Maureen is her mother Madeline (Nee Falloon), her two sisters Mary and Susie (Billy); her 5 brothers Brian (Debra), Jay, Jimmy (Linda), Kevin (Ginny) and Tommy. Her 19 nieces and nephews Caitlin, Colleen, Michael, Sean, Amanda, Megan, Courtney, Jessica, Brandon, Todd, Connor, Stephen, Tara, Kayla, Patrick, Robert, Elizabeth (Chuck) Gerber, Lauren and Samantha; her sister-in-law Phyllis; her aunt Doris (nee Falloon)

Maureen was my sister in every sense of the word. While we were not blood relatives, our bond was as strong as if we were. My prayers are with the Reddington family at this difficult time. Rest in peace my forever friend. I will miss you terribly.
