Dear Jerry,

Bette and I were shocked and so very saddened to learn of your dear Maureen's sudden passing. It's difficult to find adequate words to express the sorrow in our hearts right now for you and your children. Please know that we are thinking of you, praying for you, and sending healing and loving thoughts.

With affection,

Peg and I were very sorry to hear of your loss. You and the children will remain in our thoughts and prayers.

To Maureen's Family:

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I worked with Maureen at FC and FCHP for 20 years. She was an exceptional nurse and was so passionate about her family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I had the priviledge of helping Maureen launch the asthma program at Fallon Community Health Plan. Her enthusiasm for the program was only surpassed by the love she constantly expressed for her family. She will be missed, but always be in our thoughts.
