Not sure what to say?

Dear Nan,Winnie and all the family, I was very sorry to hear of Gracie´s death. We were golfing girls on the Lumen Christi boys golf team together. We both went onto play women´s college golf and ironically we both were captains. I do hope she´s enjoying the "green" on the other side. My prayers are with all of you at this time. Val (Stark) Rauschenberger

To Maureen´s family, I am so sorry for your loss. Maureen was a mentor to me in college (started around 2008). I enjoyed dinners at her home in college and loved getting to meet her pups and foster pups. I know she loved them all dearly. Her mentorship to me was invaluable. We had kept in touch and had been sending each other Christmas cards every year. I will miss getting one from her this year. She also shared a birthday with my youngest son. Thank you for the memories, Maureen. You will...

My family lived across the street from the Tomshacks from 1967 - 1981. What a great family they were! Gracie was the best! I will never forget how she tried and tried and finally got up on water skis. That was her - nothing that she couldn't do if she tried. Now she is with her wonderful parents, Joe and Clare. Blessing to all.

My sincere condolences to Bill and the entire Tomshack family for the loss of such a wonderful, warm and successful woman. As a hospice nurse of 40 years this is one of the most beautiful obituaries I´ve ever seen. May she rest peacefully in the arms of Jesus.

To the Tomshack Family ~ Grace was a very special person. I enjoyed our friendship since Highschool at Lumen. She was such a successful, accomplished person yet very humble. With the distance of living in different State's we didnt get to see one another as much as I would have liked but we did keep in touch with a phone call every now and then and thank God for Facebook where we could keep updated on our lives. I always enjoyed seeing pictures of her travels and she always enjoyed rubbing it...

Our family met MO through my father, Frank Simonds. My father hired MO at NBD & they remained friends through his retirement & until he passed away. She kept in contact with my mother, Juliana...aka Judy & me. Shocked & saddened. Mo's love of life & her kind heart truly left its mark on all that knew her. We've lost one of the good ones way too soon.

My sympathies to Maureen's family. I worked with Maureen in Michigan and in Winston-Salem, a great boss and mentor, with many laughs along the way. Maureen also loved golf and anyone who would play with her. A great friend and colleague. So sad to see her pass so soon.

Everybody loved Maureen at NBD Bank. She was always positive and ready to help anybody. She put a smile on my face when we would meet and discuss so many different topics. A beautiful, loving human being. May the heavens watch over precious Maureen. Love to the family, Fred Johns

Winnie, Your sister lived about 12 miles from where I live now, Lillington NC So sorry to hear of your loss. Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
