This weekend was not easy. I've now had so many memories of you cross my mind only to realise what today is - the day you went home. Continue to rest easy my friend. Always praying and grateful.

Maurice,
You and Audra were heavy on my heart tonight and so I had to google you to see where life took you before that fateful night. I am so proud of your accomplishments and for the faithful husband you were to Audra, proud father you were to Dana and I am sure your sweet Nathaniel who I had not met and for the wonderful friend you were to me. I know that you are rejoicing in heaven with Jesus. I often tell my husband that it is hard to believe sometimes you're gone. Who would have...

Reese,
I came by today. I know I was led here by the Holy Spirit. It is no accident that the Lord wanted me to visit you today. I received the peace that I needed. I knew you were with God. God revealed to me much more than that. I will always be your friend and will always pray for your children. I still miss you, yet I know I will see you again on the other side. Love always

Reese, thinking about you today...time has healed the anger and the hurt however, I still miss you...wonder sometimes where you would have been had I made that call when I had the thought to call you, only to find out within hours that you were in an accident. Lord knows, you were a great friend and I thank Him for allowing it to happen. I look forward to visiting you this summer and leaving some flowers. continue to rest in peace my friend...always

Reese...I found out yesterday that you and Audra had passed onto Heaven. You and I had some great times working together at Andrews AFB. I always smile and laugh when I think of the time we ate lunch at Tony Romas and you ordered the full platter of ribs. Two hours later you were almost sleeping at your desk. We also had some fun times after work playing full-contact racquetball with the LT. or just shooting hoops.
Let Audra know that her Steelers play my Patriots this weekend and I...

Lol I remember when I got my first tattoo and it said Daddy's Leading Lady. You made me sit on the bed and pose different ways while you took a million pictures of it lol. That was one of the funniest things I can remember because you were too happy lol memories....Wow, can't believe it's officially 2 years now. It still doesn't seem real but through it all, God has kept me. I never thought that there would come a day when I put flowers down for you.
